StrikeFeed LLC ("StrikeFeed," "we," "us," or "our") builds and runs marketing and customer-communication systems for local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to strikefeed.us and to the calls, texts, and forms we use to communicate with you.
We use automated technology, including AI voice and chat assistants, to answer calls, reply to messages, book appointments, and send follow-ups. When you call, text, or chat with a StrikeFeed-powered number, you may be interacting with an automated AI assistant rather than a live person, and you can ask for a human at any time. To provide and improve these services, we may record, transcribe, and store the content of these communications and process them using third-party AI and communication providers under contract to us. We do not use the content of your communications to train publicly available AI models, and we do not sell this information. AI-generated responses may contain errors and are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
When you provide your phone number by calling us, texting us, or submitting our booking or contact form, you agree that StrikeFeed LLC may send you SMS text messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, missed-call replies, and follow-ups.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect your ability to work with us by phone or email.
We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging consent is never shared with anyone for their marketing.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our communication, calendar, and payment platforms — and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law. These providers are bound to protect your information.
